Animal Based vs Carnivore
There is a difference between the animal based and the carnivore diet. The carnivore diet is exclusively meat, eggs, and butter, that’s it.
The animal based diet also includes things like fruits, cheese, honey, black coffee, milk, yogurt, etc.
Both of the diets tend to yield very similar benefits. The carnivore diet typically has stronger results in terms of weight loss, auto-immune support, sleep improvement, and energy.
The animal based diet has all the same benefits of weight loss, energy boost, and immune support, however, the benefits seem to be a little less intense compared to going full carnivore. However, the animal based diet is far more sustainable for the average person since it contains a mixture of fruits, honey, yogurt, etc.
I recommend you go full carnivore for at least 14 days to 2 months. Feel the drastic difference in life quality and once you are ready, switch over to the animal based diet for more long-term sustainability.
